Supervision
Each case is unique and the adaptation of theoretical knowledge, flexibility and the art of creating appropriate therapeutic programs is a skill that is built over the years.
Sharing information, discussing on case management issues and identifying ideas of intervention assist mutually colleagues to move forward in small steps and develop their skill as therapists.
During the supervisions, personal client information is respected. We are discussing on the evaluation process, the goals of therapy that have been identified and the needs of the family.
The time frequency of the supervisors is determined by the needs arising in an initial discussion.
To facilitate the work load of the therapists, a supervisory session could be arrange via Video Conferencing as well.
